Casting Applicant Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Robot-M Ltd, trading as Triga Films, handles personal data submitted through the casting application process.

Who We Are

The data controller is Robot-M Ltd, trading as Triga Films, 310 Kemp House, 152-160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Email: mail@trigafilms.co.uk.

This notice applies to casting applicants using the Triga Films casting section at /casting/. It is separate from the main Privacy Policy for members and customers.

What Data We Collect

Stage 1 collects your name, age confirmation, location, physical details, adult-performance preferences, contact details, portfolio or social links where supplied, and up to four recent images including a face photo and a full-length clothed photo.

Stage 2 is invitation-only and may collect an identity document, additional photos, legal declarations, privacy consent, agreement to casting terms and agreement to the model release.

Some casting data may relate to sex life, sexual preferences or adult performance interests and may be special category data under UK GDPR Article 9.

Lawful Basis For Processing

We process casting application data on the basis of consent, explicit consent where special category data is involved, and legitimate interests where necessary for internal casting assessment, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting mail@trigafilms.co.uk. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before the withdrawal.

How We Use Your Data

We use casting data to assess suitability, verify age and identity where an application progresses, contact you about the application, maintain compliance records, and connect a successful application to later production-specific documents.

Application images and identity documents are not published as public profiles or marketing content. Uploaded images are used for internal casting review by authorised casting and technical administration personnel. Where TF Models manages an application, each accepted image is decoded and regenerated; the original-quality regenerated copy is stored outside the public web root and is available only through authenticated, permission-checked access. Reduced, metadata-stripped previews may be included in internal casting notification emails. Those preview URLs are not protected by login, so anyone who obtains access to the notification or preview URL may be able to view the preview. During the transition to TF Models, the existing notification workflow may continue to include direct image links. Recipients must treat all such emails and links as confidential.

Who We Share Data With

Application data may be accessed by authorised Triga Films casting, production and technical administration personnel where necessary, and by service providers that support website hosting and email delivery under appropriate data-handling arrangements. We do not sell application data or share it with third-party marketing companies.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Applications are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to assess and administer casting and to maintain any necessary compliance records. Until the planned automated reminder and deletion process is introduced, rejected or inactive applications are reviewed for manual deletion. You may request deletion at any time by contacting mail@trigafilms.co.uk, subject to any information that must be retained for legal or regulatory reasons.

Where an application progresses to a casting session or production, relevant data may be retained for the duration of the agreement and for the applicable legal record-keeping period.

Your Rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent and objection under UK GDPR. Contact mail@trigafilms.co.uk to exercise these rights.

You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your personal data has been handled.
