Important Notice
Please read this agreement carefully before accepting it during Stage 2. If you do not agree, do not submit the Stage 2 application.
This agreement does not mean your application has been accepted, that you will be offered work, or that an employment or production contract exists.
Agreement
This Model Release Agreement is between Robot-M Ltd, trading as Triga Films, and the applicant completing the Stage 2 casting form.
Age And Eligibility
You confirm that you are aged 21 or over, that any identity document requested during the casting process is genuine and belongs to you, and that you have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
Grant Of Rights In Principle
Subject to your application being accepted and a separate production-specific agreement being issued, you agree in principle that content featuring your image, likeness, voice, name or performance may be used for lawful purposes connected with Triga Films productions, distribution and promotion.
A fuller production-specific agreement must be issued and signed before filming takes place.
Nature Of Content
You understand that Triga Films produces explicit adult content intended for commercial distribution to adult audiences in the United Kingdom and internationally.
Specific content types and preferences will be discussed before production, and production-specific consent documentation will be required before filming.
Right Of Withdrawal
You may withdraw consent to this Stage 2 framework agreement before filming commences by contacting mail@trigafilms.co.uk. Once filming has started, withdrawal is governed by the production-specific agreement for that engagement.
Declarations
You confirm that your application information is true and accurate, that you are applying voluntarily and without coercion, that you have disclosed any conflicting exclusivity arrangements, and that you will inform the Company if relevant information changes.
